Howard Taule joined GameRecruiter over ten years ago, taking on day-to-day operations, business development, human resources, systems integration and management of a staff of nearly 20 recruiters at the time. Since then, Taule has meticulously expanded the company to more than 30 staff in 7 cities.

Stemming form his early career was in the finance field, Taule came on board with a specific vision to increase staff, introduce new business models and improve overall professionalism at GameRecruiter. His principal effort was to advance the company’s recruiting methods by grooming staff recruiters and account managers to serve as advisors to the clientele, instead of simply resume brokers. Under his careful direction, the company has gradually increased revenue at an exceptional rate each year. Taule has worked on numerous hands-on client projects at GameRecruiter, including establishment of Full Sail’s outplacement department.

Prior to his role at GameRecruiter, Howard worked as a stock broker, managing stocks, mutual funds and annuities for Met Life in New York and Florida, as well as North Ridge Securities in New York. Howard secured his BSBA Finance from University of Arizona.
