Marilyn joined GameRecruiter after a four year stint as the Director of HR for EA/Westwood Studios. With years of experience working in the field of human resources, Marilyn opened her HR management business, M.D. Rebman & Associates, Inc., in 1995, providing HR management expertise to a variety of businesses with an emphasis on video game recruiting and career coaching. She is an active member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and regularly attends game industry conferences such as the Game Developers Conference and E3. Marilyn continues her altruistic efforts in support of the Hemophilia Foundation of Nevada and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
