Large commission structure – earn up to $300K per year!
Then you should have:

Strong desire to learn the international game industry / best recruiting practices.
Strong internet sourcing and cold calling skills, although some leads will be provided.
Motivated and driven.
A love of video games
Self-starter who thrives within a fast-paced environment that with the ability to multi-task.
You must LOVE working the phones constantly and be highly effective at selling job opportunities to candidates, while having the ability to create strong working relationships with them.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous technical recruiting and / or sourcing experience, previous game development experience is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Highly motivated and energetic, with a measurable track record of results
Entrepreneurial spirit
This position is full time.
