You want to be responsible for managing teams, facilitating the internal development processes, and working with internal groups to assist in the development of the IP.

Qualifications

• Current generation console development and submission process
• 4 – 6 Years as a Producer with shipping experience
• Strong project and people management skills
• Experience generating and maintaining milestone schedules
• Experience managing the test and certification process
• Experience with product feature change control
• Undergraduate degree
