Job: Lead Programmer (#4080-MH1602)

Continue your career with a veteran Publisher/Developer! We are looking for a Lead Programmer to lead a team in the technical design, direction and quality of this next big title. You will be responsible for: Proactively identifying problems and developing solutions.
Evaluation of the project as a whole with critical evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of others departments.
Maintain strong working relationships with other internal teams working on a common, internally-developed, engine.
To Qualify you have: Experience leading a team of multiple programmers upwards of 5 or more.
Expert level C++ coding and systems design.
Cross-platform experience (PC, Xbox 360, PS3)
