Job: Ecommerce Manager – Marketing (#4737-MH1602)

Due to growth and new product line up this top Publisher and Developer is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking eCommerce Manager.Reporting to the Director of eCommerce you will be responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external video game eCommerce initiatives. Leveraging their expertise, determining requirements, assessing resources, and identifying opportunities. Collaborating with key personnel to develop optimizations and monetizable systems that will allow the team to meet or exceed revenue and performance goals. You will work closely with email marketing and product management teams to drive relevant and contextual micro-transaction and engagement programs as needed. Create detailed financial models and build presentations for internal and external groups as needed. Stay abreast of micro-transaction, eCommerce, digital entertainment, and video game engagement technologies and best practices. JOB REQUIREMENTS 5+ years experience in a directly-related field pertaining to video games (MMO, Console, Casual, Social, etc.) or digital entertainment (eCommerce/micro-transaction system development or management, online merchandising, etc.). Proven experience developing and driving cutting-edge marketing and eCommerce initiatives. Skilled managing multiple projects under tight deadlines within a highly-changeable environment. Must have passion for, and experience with, video games (social/casual games, console games, RPGs, MMOs). Familiar with data analysis, web analytics, or other online reporting tools required. Micro-transaction business models experience is strongly preferred.
