Job: Director of QA Operations (#4720-MH1602)

Our client is a growing international game testing company. This company test games for all platforms including PC, Mac, MMO, Casual Gaming, iPhone/iPad and Facebook platforms.

The Director of QA Operations will oversee the current offshore QA operations for the Company’s global game clients. This person will inject Western style leadership, professionalism and service style that a typical North American firm would provide. This professional will oversee multiple QA teams and projects running concurrently.

Requirements:

• 8+ years QA operations experience working for a global games publisher or QA outsource provider.
• Experience leading multiple QA test or project teams on concurrent game projects in the console or online platform space.
• Managed teams in excess of 100 direct reports.
• Experience managing multi location or international QA teams is a significant plus.
