As Director of Marketing you will be responsible for leading a team that manages the international marketing for multiple live and upcoming digital products. Planning ongoing worldwide marketing live and launch campaigns. Responsible for front-line business management and partnership with P&L management. Strategic planning and product leadership via commissioned primary and secondary market, consumer, and competitive research. Coordinate with the PR, interactive, and community marketing teams to drive measurable results. Seek out or create promotional opportunities for the product in development.

DESIRED SKILLS

• MBA focused in Marketing preferred.
• 7 years progressively complex related experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing management as a Senior Manager or Director level, preferably in the MMO or digital space.
• Exposure to current-gen PC MMORPGs is big plus.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience developing and deploying consumer promotions in the social space is also a plus.
