Does the entry have to be made specifically for this competition?

Just curious if the entry i put here has to be an entry made specifically for this contest. Like I could submit something from a previous contest.

This may or may not mean, the concepts and designs need to be original the contest alone.

But if i were to give a strong guess...

It would probably be that the designs and concepts need to be original to the contest's specific requirements.
