HOW WE WORK

Once we accept an assignment from you, we work in three distinct, sequential phases: RECRUIT, OFFER and TRANSITION
In the RECRUIT phase, we spend some time with your hiring manager defining the position. This step crystallizes the nature of the need and is tantamount to our ability to conduct time-effective, focused searches that yield properly qualified candidates.
At the OFFER stage, we work with you and your candidate to generate a mutually agreeable, accepted offer. We only extend your company's offer to candidates who have committed in advance to accepting that offer. Hence, avoiding the hassle and wasted time caused by an insincere or indecisive candidate.
With an accepted offer, we manage the TRANSITION phase by assisting the candidate in resigning the current position, declining any counteroffers by the current employer, and helping them deal with any family and relocation details. We also stay in touch with your new employee through the early months on the job, just to see how things are going.
